S.I. Green Business Initiative

The Staten Island Green  Initiative is a division of the West Brighton Community LDC and sponsored by Citi foundation.

The Staten Island Green Initative aims to create a more sustainable Staten Island by promoting community and business partnerships.

We assist small businesses connect with ‘Green’ resources.

Small Business, Community organizations and houses of worship can take the S.I. Green Pledge:

Receive:Technical assistance to navigate the energy saving incentives provided by Con Edison, National Grid and NYSERDA.

- Inclusion in Public Relation and Media coverage. April 26, 2011- NY1 featured S.I. Green members, Secret Garden Salon, Pastoas and Dick’s Deli.
