The Annual 21st Century Business Woman Conference held on Wednesday, June 20th at the Staaten, West Brighton, was attended by both new and experienced small business owners; bankers and professionals. The conference was expanded to a full day program , featuring a variety of business experts, career development specialists and small business owners. The breakout sessions focused on both business development and career building topics. The first Annual Joann Regan Business woman Leadership Awards was added to the program and was presented to Julie DeStefano, V.P. of Northfield Bank in New Dorp and Natalie Licini, co-owner of Je Revele, photography studio.
